Hi, we’re Dan and Camille.

We are Realtors in Richmond, live in Bellevue with our two young kids and when we’re not helping clients buy or sell real estate we run RVA Hotlist.

Our social media showcases the most unique, historic, and design-forward homes in the Richmond area.

We’re currently building out a YouTube series that acts as a “taste catalog” of Richmond (+surrounding areas), highlighting how people create their most loved spaces. How they’re designed, how they’re used, where pieces come from, and the people behind it all.

We feature: homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders and creatives. Anyone with a story.

What this looks like

Our shoots are intentionally low-pressure and flexible.

  • Ideally a 6–8 hour shoot window

  • You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want

  • Be on camera, or not, totally up to you

  • Stay home or leave us to it

  • We can feature full homes or just partial spaces

    We aim to make this an easy, respectful experience.

For privacy:

  • We can avoid showing the exterior

  • We don’t ever share addresses (unless specified or a business)

  • We can keep everything as discreet as needed

COST

There is no cost. We’re doing these features completely free as part of our marketing and brand.

The only thing we ask in return:
If you (or someone you know) are buying or selling real estate,  especially unique homes in Virginia, keep us in mind.
